Program Details

How long is the commitment?

Mass Method requires a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure results. Muscle gain takes time, and this structure keeps you consistent.

 

How much does the program cost?

$50 per week (Limited-Time Offer, Regularly $75/week) with a 3-month commitment.

 

What happens in the weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions?

You’ll check in with a sports nutrition coach to review your progress, make adjustments to your meal plan, and ensure you’re maximizing muscle gain.

 

Is this just a meal plan, or do I get coaching?

You get both! Mass Method includes custom meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, and weekly coaching calls with a sports nutrition expert.

Nutrition & Meal Plans

 

Do I have to track calories and macros?

We provide structured meal plans that meet your needs, so daily tracking is not required. However, we include a macronutrient tracking component in the app as part of the education process. This helps athletes understand their nutrition better, but we do not require tracking every day.

 

Are the meal plans customized for my sport and goals?

Yes. Your plan is 100% tailored to your specific body, sport, and muscle-building needs.

 

Can I still eat foods I enjoy?

Absolutely. We factor in your preferences, dietary restrictions, and schedule to make sure you enjoy your meals.

 

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

No problem. Let us know your allergies or dietary needs, and we’ll customize your plan accordingly.

 

Do I need to buy expensive supplements?

No. The focus is on whole foods, but we may recommend protein shakes or supplements if needed.

Can I still follow my own workout program?

Yes. Mass Method is a nutrition-first program.  We do provide a training program as an added bonus. 

 

How soon will I see results?

Most athletes start seeing muscle and strength gains within 4-6 weeks, with bigger transformations by month three.

 

What if I have a busy schedule?

Mass Method is designed for athletes with busy schedules—easy-to-follow meal plans and grocery lists save you time.

 

What if I want to gain even more muscle after 3 months?

You can continue with Mass Method month-to-month after your initial commitment. Many athletes stay for 6+ months for maximum results.
